Portfolio Manager
Steve is recognized for the results he has generated for his clients over the past 30 years. His experience, integrity, and extensive knowledge of investment management enable him to develop customized portfolio management solutions. These solutions are based on long-term investment principles recognized in the industry, allowing for capital growth while considering overall portfolio volatility.
Steve joined RBC Dominion Securities in 1992 and serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager. He has been a member of RBC Wealth Management Director's Club for many years. Steve earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec en Outaouais in 1991. He also holds the widely recognized industry certification of Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) since 1997.
Steve is an engaged community member and has been involved in fundraising activities for the Quebec Cancer Foundation for many years.
He is a devoted father of three children: Louka, Zakary, and Maxime. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, skiing, and hiking with his children.
Philippe takes the time to get to know his clients and their families, and to understand their concerns and goals. In close collaboration with Steve, Philippe is also in charge of setting up investment strategies for clients, and ensuring the sound management of portfolios on a daily basis.
Philippe grew up in the investment world. His father served as the Director of the RBC Wealth Management Branch in Gatineau from its opening in the early 1990s until his retirement in 2004. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Philippe worked as an executive in a few federal organizations. In particular, he was responsible for managing one of the largest real estate portfolios in the federal government's inventory. With a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters in Project Management, Philippe has a wide range of knowledge that he applies to the development and management of investment portfolios.
Before embarking on his professional career, Philippe acquired great personal discipline and determination as an international athlete. He spent more than 10 years as a member of the Canadian National Karate team and has achieved several spectacular career results, including a third position at the Karate World Championships held in Finland in 2006. Philippe retired from competition in 2009. Since then he has devoted himself to his two children, Théo and Xavier, his professional career and commitments in the community. In particular, Philippe served as the Vice-President of the Conseil de dévelopement du sport de Gatineau. In his spare time, he continues to practice several sports including karate, cycling, running and skiing.

Céline has been with RBC Dominion Securities since 1995 and has consistently played an essential role in the quality of service we continue to provide to our clients. In her current role, she works with all members of the team to respond to client requests and track daily investment account transactions. She is responsible for answering clients' day-to-day administrative demands and also coordinates customer service activities.
With her vast experience, Céline is adept at answering customer questions and liaising with the rest of our team and professionals with whom we collaborate.
Céline holds a Bachelor of Education degree and has also completed the Canadian Securities Course and Standards of Conduct. In her free time, Céline – who is from Gatineau – enjoys spending quality time with her three boys, Félix, Jérémie and Damien. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and reading.
Administrative Assistant
Kerri-Ann has been an important member of our team since February 2021. She was previously an operations supervisor with more than 25 years of outstanding customer service experience, working in collaboration with a team of partners. She is appreciated by colleagues and clients alike for her integrity, meticulousness and attention to detail.
Kerri-Ann is also bilingual, so she ensures our clients are well taken care of in both official languages.
Kerri-Ann lives in Gatineau with her husband and son. She enjoys the sunny days of summer but also looks forward to hitting the ski slopes in winter. An active volunteer, Kerri-Ann is a longtime supporter of Valley Mastiff Rescue, a dog rescue organization for Mastiffs.
